There is really no point in arguing. Taking account of the external costs of CO2 emissions what is the NPV of the investment in GB? Derision of egregious errors, no matter how mucyh fun, does not really do any good without at least nodding at the non-erroneous decision.

The Billionaires on this planet emit more carbon in any one day than the protest among us. We should be demanding Billionaires reduce their carbon footprint!

These virtue signaling tactics are immoral—particularly when the IPCC clearly found no evidence of human activity leading to crisis in the next 100 years. Even if they had significant emissions, this would still be pointless. The proponents had to make up a crisis by using a world of coal burning cars and airplanes and 100% coal plants (RCP8.5) to even come moderately (and barely at that) close to a crisis. These efforts to destroy economies to farm out western virtue signals are completely mental.
